this course endeavours to equip milling professionals including mill managers, quality control specialists and procurement managers on how to carry out HACCP in real life situatons as well as equip them on how to carry out surveillance on the POINTS OF ENTRY OF HAZARD.
At the end of this course we expecteach person involved in the training to come up with a HACCP/ safety team and be able to execute the HACCP plan as well as keep record of all the protocols and safety measures insituted.
